The Application of Agile Methods in the Process of Strategic Materials

This master thesis focuses on the agile methods description and their use in creating of company strategic material. The main part of this thesis consist of the SCRUM and Kanban method. The work contribution is an optimization of the document creation process. The solution proposed is implemented through the MS SharePoint server with mind mapping module and Kanban board module. Thanks to this solution, company project can be managed in a more effective, faster and higher quality way.

Common Data Environment (CDE) for BIM projects and Real Estate Engineering

The thesis deals with the analysis of the common data environment and evaluates the benefits of its use for BIM projects with application to real estate engineering. The first part of the thesis focuses on the necessary theoretical background. It is important to first introduce the concept of BIM as it is closely related to the main topic of this thesis. The first chapter concludes with focuses on the common data environment. The second part of this thesis, which deals with the analysis of the current situation, analyses the existing CDE solutions in the Czech Republic and abroad. A questionnaire survey focusing on this issue has also be conducted. The chapter concludes with a summary of the information obtained. The last chapter focuses on the actual theoretical design of the CDE platform including an example of a possible user interface.
Evidence concerning pupils'preconceptions of intellectual disability in the context of the paradigm shift in today's education

This dissertation thesis is designed as a theoretical and research survey focusing on the currently marginalised issue of intact pupils' preconceptions of intellectual disability. The survey aims to outline the concept of intellectual disability concisely and to accentuate the current paradigm shift in education with regards to integration and inclusion. Particular attention was paid to the theoretical and epistemological basis of preconceptions as well as to the current state of scientific knowledge of the presented area. Research was conducted in order to analyse and characterise intact pupils' preconceptions of intellectual disability. Furthermore, the empirical study aimed to determine whether pupils' preconceptions differ depending on their gender, year of school attended and the declared experience of persons with intellectual disability. A transversal quantitative survey was conducted at 22 mainstream basic schools in the Czech Republic. The research sample consisted of 2230 intact pupils attending the 5th , 7th and 9th forms of basic schools. Data were collected by means of mind mapping and non-standardised questionnaire of our own construction. TIME MANAGEMENT – a tool not only for students who procrastinate

This master thesis introduces term time management and describes steps for its successful implementation to our practical life. The aim of this thesis is to describe students´of University of Economics knowledge of this term and found out if study on this university and mainly passing course Management of Personal Development can expand their knowledge of this term. Mind mapping is used to deal with this aim. These mind maps ilustrate what students ideas about this term are. From the mind maps´ analysis arise that students of this university know time management very well, however passing the Management of Personal Development can highly expand this knowledge.
Managerial skills

The theoretical basis of this thesis explains the terms closely associated with the management and managerial skills. Introductory part relates to approach the concept itself and the executive management, we are further broken down managerial functions, which are continuously illuminates to describe other skills, such as communication, goal setting, skills and coaching. The main point is to approach the concepts of soft and hard skills that managers should possess, or which should in the course of his practice to learn. Only by careful control of both of these groups of skills can lead to good organization. For a clearer explanation of the managerial skills included graphic view, which approximates the distribution of skills. In the second part, a practical part, described the situation with the existing skills of managers in the selected company. Thanks to the questionnaire, it is possible to measure the current level of acquired skills of managers at three levels and can be evaluated, what is the interest of improving individual skills, or whether managers feel sufficiently qualified for their job positions.
